With WebConnect, you can connect any website that can send Webhooks (HTTP requests) to Kommo.
Below are the basic steps to connect your website to Kommo. You can also explore other instructions to see examples of connecting websites and other services.
In the Kommo "Settings" section, go to WebConnect settings. Click "New Source," enter the source name, and then click "Create”.

After creating the source, copy the Webhook URL.

Go to the website you want to connect and paste the provided URL into the website's webhook settings.

Run an action to send a webhook. For example, if you're connecting a website, submit a form with test data to trigger the webhook.
After sending the test request, go back to the widget settings and click "Refresh”.

If the request to the webhook URL is received, the lead and contact field settings will appear.
You can map the received data to Kommo fields.
To add a variable, use the button next to the input field.

Once set up, click the 'Create test lead' button to create a test lead. It will use the latest data received by the webhook.
