Create a new Source

  1. In the Kommo "Settings" section, go to WebConnect settings. Click "New Source," enter the source name, and then click "Create”.

  2. After creating the source, copy the Webhook URL.

Set up the Webhook

  1. Go to the settings of your Make scenario, add a new step "HTTP" → "Make a request".

  2. Paste the webhook URL obtained in the third step into the URL field and fill in the data to be passed to Kommo.

    <aside> 💡 The example shows settings using Method “POST” and Body type “Application/x-www-form-urlencoded”. However, the request processing will work with other parameters as well. Therefore, you can change them depending on your tasks.

  3. Save the settings, right-click the module, and click "Run this module only" from the context menu.

Configure the Lead and Contact fields

  1. After sending the test request, go back to the widget settings and click "Refresh”.

  2. If the request to the webhook URL is received, the lead and contact field settings will appear.

You can map the received data to Kommo fields.

To add a variable, use the button next to the input field.

  1. Once set up, click the 'Create test lead' button to create a test lead. It will use the latest data received by the webhook.
