You can use any variable available in Salesbot within the Webhooks widget.

Variables look like {{lead.cf.1111}} - for leads or {{contact.cf.1111}} - for contacts. Where 1111 - field id.

To get variable names such as phone number, email, or custom fields you can use the following steps:

1. Create a test Salesbot.

2. Insert the needed field using the user interface.

   

3. Find this field variable in bot sources (View sources button)

   

4. Copy the variable to your Webhooks widget instance
