1. Reason for Request Limits

   • Our limits are influenced by the Kommo API constraints, which allow only 7 requests per second per account.
   • Creating or updating a single lead requires multiple requests to check for duplicates, manage the lead and contact, and add notes, which requires careful request management.

2. Paid Users Limit

   • You can send up to 300 requests per minute to the widget.
   • You can send up to 2000 requests per hour to the widget.
   • There is no limit on the total number of requests. You can use the widget without any restrictions on the overall number of requests.

3. Trial Users Limit

   • You can send up to 300 requests per minute to the widget.
   • You can send up to 2000 requests per hour to the widget.
   • If you're using a trial version, you can make a total of 2000 requests during your trial period. After that, you’ll need to upgrade to keep using the widget.

4. How to Increase Limits

   • Our limits are influenced by the Kommo API constraints, which allow only 7 requests per second per account.
   • You can increase these limits by purchasing extended API limits in Kommo.
