You can use any value from the webhook JSON response on the next Salesbot steps using:

Use dots to navigate inside the webhook response, like {{json.response.user.email}}, or {{json.response.user.phone}}

Quick setup

  1. In Salesbot Webhooks, enter the URL and click Test to send a test request and see the webhook response.

  1. Add the next step (e.g., Add note to a lead or Update lead field) and paste a variable (e.g. {{json.response.user.email}}) into the field value.

  1. Save Salesbot.
